Desai, a seasoned restaurant operator of numerous franchised brands including Taco Bell and Dunkin' Donuts, plans to develop 4 restaurants across Bergen and Essex Counties in northern New Jersey. The first Roy Rogers restaurant is projected to open in 2016.
