Hurricane Grill & Wings®, an island-inspired restaurant franchise famous for its fresh, jumbo wings and more than 35 original flavors, announced today the signing of a new development in Western Maryland. Father and son team, Steve and Chris Girard have many years of experience in the service industry as they are already multi-unit franchisees of various food concepts in the region.
Harvind and Bob Uppal inked the deal to develop PizzaRev throughout the Sacramento, CA market. The group currently owns and operates 38 restaurants across the San Francisco Bay area, including Burger King, Taco Bell, Wingstop and Corner Bakery.
Leading the company's expansion in the northern Chicago metropolitan area is the franchise group The Tasty Group Chicago, LLC who has committed to open at least eight locations throughout this exclusive territory. The first restaurant is tentatively scheduled to open by July, 2016.
McAlister's® Deli, a leading fast casual restaurant chain, announced today it has signed an agreement with new franchise group Southwest Concepts, LLC to open 10 locations throughout the Houston DMA, with one location slated to open in 2015. McAlister's currently has six restaurants throughout the Houston market and will also open two additional locations in 2015 with existing franchisees.
